How much luggage can I bring on a cruise transfer?
Tell us your luggage count when you book, including anything oversized, and we allocate a vehicle that genuinely fits it rather than one that only just does.
How do you plan wedding transport timings?
We plan the vehicles against your run sheet rather than against a clock, and build in the time the day actually takes. Photographs running long and ceremonies starting late are normal, and the schedule is built to absorb them.
Can you work to our event run sheet?
Yes. Send us the run sheet and we plan arrivals and departures against it. Where arrival order matters, we stage vehicles so guests arrive when they are meant to.
How does hourly chauffeur hire work?
You tell us the start time and roughly how many hours you need. The car and chauffeur stay with you for that period, including waiting between stops, so you are not re-booking at each leg.
How long does a transfer from Sydney Airport to the CBD take?
About 20 to 25 minutes outside peak hour for the 11 kilometre trip. Allow noticeably longer between 7–9am and 4–7pm, when the Eastern Distributor and the city approaches are busiest.
Is there a train from Sydney Airport to Bondi Beach?
No. There is no station at Bondi Beach — the nearest is Bondi Junction, about two and a half kilometres inland, and you would take a bus or taxi from there.
